CalcRuvo is a free library of calculators for contractors and service-business owners. The goal is simple: help you price work so that every job covers its costs and earns the profit you intended.

How the calculators are built

Each calculator uses plain, deterministic formulas that are shown on the page, along with a worked example, the assumptions behind it, and its limitations. Calculation logic is covered by automated tests so results stay consistent as the site grows.

Calculations run entirely in your browser. We don't require an account and we don't store the numbers you enter on our servers.

What the results are — and aren't

Every result depends entirely on the costs, hours, and margins you enter. The calculators don't contain regional prices or industry averages, and they don't know your market, your contract, or local tax and code requirements. Treat results as cost-based starting points that you review before quoting.
